Born Bezenchuk (Samara), 8 May 1953

Vlasov graduated 1972 the Almaty Institute of Art and studied until 1982 at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute. There he taught from 1982 to 1987. He curated many exhibitions of artist's books and received a number of awards for his works. He lives and works in Moscow.
