Богомолова Екатерина Артемьевна

Born Granov (Vinnitskii) 27 July 1932.

Bogomolova grew up in Leningrad. After the war Bogomolova attended secondary art school at the Leningrad Repin Art Institute. In 1952 she entered the graphic department of the Repin Institute where she studied book graphics under M.A. Taranov. Here she met her future husband the artist Anatolii Bogomolov (1931-2001). Both graduated in 1958 and moved to Ulianovsk.
