Born Sybetia (Urals), 11 February 1955

Bobylev spent his childhood in Western Siberia and started his working career as a turner and printer for a publishing house. He studied at the Moscow Polygraphic institute and was offered a job as an artistic supervisor of the Stavropol Book Publishers. In 1984 he became head of the artistic department of the Publishing house and started to introduce new and exciting designs for books. He lives and works in Stavropol.
