Заборов, Борис Абрамович

Painter, graphic artist, sculptor

Born Minsk, 16 October 1935

Zaborov studied 1949-1954 at the art-school in Minsk and 1955-1958 at the Repin Institute in Leningrad and 1958-1961 at the Surikov Institute in Moscow. 1962-1980 he was a member of the Union of Soviet Artists. In 1980 he emigrated to Paris. In 1982 he was bequested the city-award of Darmstadt (Germany). He lives and works in Paris.
