Nikolai Vorontsov graduated 1985 from the State University and started to draw pictures for kids newspaper Leninskie Iskry. Since 1991 he worked as editorial cartoonist in Chas-Pik newspaper. Nowadays he works as a editorial cartoonist for daily newspaper Komsomol'skaya Pravda and freelance artist for children books. he works and lives in St. Petersburg.
