Born Pskov, 15 Otober 1940

Valiulin studied at the leningrad Academy of art and graduate as a monumentalist from the Muhina Art Institute in Leningrad. he widely travelled throug the Soviet-Union. he settled in Moscow and divided his time between architectural projects and his free works. In 19965 he moved to the Netherlands. He works as a painter and illustrator both in France and the Netherlands.
