Tseitlin moved in 1929 to Moscow to study at the Moscow Institute of Art. During World War II het designed posters and leaflets. He participated in the All-Union artistic exhibitions of 1931 and 1950. Already in the 1930s he worked as an illustrator for the journal Pioneer and the publishing house Molodaia Gvardiia. |
