Graphic artist, designer of animition films

Died Moscow, 13 January 2003

Tyurin graduated 1957 from the graphic department of the Moscow State Pedagogic Academy and studied from 1957 to 1962 at the Ivanov-Vano studio for animation at the Moscow VCIK Art Department. His aninmation film 'Lefty' won him a prize at the 7th  Leipzig  film festival (1964).
