Titkov graduated 1927 from the Art-Industrial Technical School in Omsk. From 1927 to 1934 he lived and worked in Kamen-na-Obi. In 1934 he moved to Novosibirsk where he worked for the newspaper Soviet Siberia. He became an army officer during the Great Patriotic War and defended Stalingrad. He is mainly known for his pictures of military events. |
