Tatlin left 1899/1900 home for a life at sea. In 1902-1903 he went to Moscow to study at the MUZhVZ. In 1905-1910 he studied at the Art School of Pensa, In 1914 he visited Berlin and Paris, where he met Picasso. In 1918 he taught at the Svomas and in 1922 he headed the departement for Material Culture at the MkhK. - Ginkhuk. In 1927 he taught at the VkhUTEMAS, in 1928-1930 at the DerMetFak. In 1919-1921 he designed his Monument to III-e Internationale. In 1929 - 1932 he developed his Letatlin. |
