Born Tavda (Urals), 1963

Strelkov graduated from the fysical faculty of the Nizhnii Nogorod University in 1985. Since 1989 he designs books and is the founder and art-direcytor of the design studio 'Dirizhable' in Nizhnii Novgorod. In 1997 he made his first installations with landscape art. he lives and works in Nizhnii Novegorod.
