Vera Stravinsky,born Vera Bosse, was first married to the artist Sergei Sudeikin. She had no formal art education. In 1920 she settled with Sudeikin in Paris and started an affair with Igor Stravinsky whom she eventually would marry in 1940, after the couple's departure from France to the USA.
