Between 1972 and 1978 Michel Butor and Anna Staritsky planned to publish a dozen collective books of which three or four manuscripts never were published. This edition is one of the few from the period that were not printed by Staritsky herself but by a Paris publisher. Few artists know how to create an art so incorporating the structure and texture of paper as Staritsky. The originality of Staritsky painstaking work with paper can be fully appreciated in this book. Copy with a handwritten poem by Michel Butor and an original collage by Staritsky.
