Arsenii Severin is one of the pseudonyms of Andrei Aleksandrovich Anipko.

After graduating from high school he entered the Faculty of Philosophy of St. Petersburg University but soon changed faculty to study ancient and new literature where he graduated in 2001. From 2001 to 2008 he worked in the Scientific Library. M. Gorky (St. Petersburg) and became a member of the St. Petersburg poetic group "blind poetry" "GLAZS". He published on the internet under the pseudonyms Jordan Kane, Andrei Nebko and Arsenii Severin. After a serious spinal injury, he finally returned to Murmansk where he worked as a proof-reader for the newspapers the Komsomolskaya Pravda and the Murmansk Evening paper.
