| Alexandre Serebriakoff is son of the painter Zinaida Serebriakova. He grew up in Neskuchnoe and Petrograd. He emigrated to Paris in 1925 where he became known as a painter of city-scapes. After the war he worked as a painter of interiors and as an illustrator. |
