Between 1965 and 1974 Nikonova published a hand made journal Nomer with friends and members of the Uktuss Group from Sverdlovsk (Ekaterinburg). In total 35 issues were published that were mostly confiscated and destroyed in the Soviet-Union. One of the early participants was Mikhail (Mix) Tarshis, Nikonova's younger brother. In 2013 he designed the 36th issue of the journal with contributions of Segay, Nikonova and himself. It was printed by LS in 2016 as part of a special edition in 17 copies and 150 regular copies
