Sacharoff studied at the Tiflis Art School. In 1910 she left for Munich. In 1912 she settled in Paris and from 1916 in Barcelona. In 1917 she married the painter Ortho Llyod. In 1922 she had her first exhibition in Barcelona. In 1929 she had her first solo-exhibition in gallery Bernheim-Jeune in Paris
