Born Moscow, 12 November 1960

Roiter graduated 1981 from the Moscow Art School. From 1977 he took part in exhibitions in Moscow. From 1981 he worked as an assistent at the Institute of Architecture. 1985 - 1986 he was a member of the groep 'Detski Sad' (Kindergarten). In 1989 he left Russia for Amsterdam. He lives and works in Amsterdam and New York.
