Pusenkoff studied from 1971 to 1976 Conmputer Science at the Moscow University. and from 1977 to 1983 Graphics and Painting at the Moscow Polygraphic institute. He belonged to the Russian nonconformists. In 1990 he moved to Cologne (Germany) were he now lives and works
