Mintchine started working for a gold smith in 1911. In 1914 he studied at the Kiev Art Institute. In 1923 he left for Berlin to work as a scenographer for the Jewish Theatre. In 1926 he settled in Paris and in 1929 in the south of France. He died in La Grange near Toulon of TBC and heart failure. |
