Loukomski studied 1903-1915 at the Art Academy of St. Petersburg. From 1904 to1909 he travelled through Europe and became 1912 the first custos of the Tsarskoe Selo museum. After the revolution (from1919 to 1920) he was the custos of the Chanenko Museum in Kiev. In 1924 he emigrated to Paris. |
