Lyubavina studied 1906-1907 at the Zvantseva art school in St Petersburg. Around 1912 she was a member of the Union of the Youth. In 1918 she became a member of the artel Segodnia. In 1919-1922 she taught at the Institute of applied art in Vitebsk. She lived and worked in St. Petersburg /Leningrad
