Nina Noskovich - Lekarenko, studied at the graphical faculty of the Leningrad Academy and at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute. From 1931 to 1937 she worked at the Detgiz publishers in Leningrad under V. Lebedev. From 1937 to 1943 she was interned in a camp near Tomsk. In 1946 she and her new husband, the art historian V. Noskovich, returned to Leningrad. She was rehabilitated in 1957 and worked for several publishers. She also wrote about Daniil Kharms whom she had known personally . |
