Died Maloyaroslavets (Kaluga), 15 March 1949

Kulikov studied 1906-1912 at the Moscow School of painting, Sculpture and Architecture. In 1915 he settled in Maloiaroslavets. After the revolution he returned to Moscow and  worked as an illustrator for the State Publishing House. In 1939 he designed the Russian Pavilion at the All-union agricultural exhibition (now VDNKh)
