Died Munich, 5 December 1988

Kruk graduated 1931 from a woodworking school in Stanislav and studied after sculpture at the Krakow Academy of Art. in 1937 he moved to Berlin and studied with Arnold Breker. In 1945 he moved to Munich and took actively part in the Ukrainian Republic in exile.
