Viktor Kulbak studied 1958-1962 at the Moscow Art School and 1966-1969 at the Moscow Polygraphic institute. In 1975 Kulbak left the Soviet-Union for Viennna and Oslo and settled 1976 in Paris. Since 2000, Koulbak lives and works in Malta
