Котельников, Олег Евгеньевич

Born Leningrad, 26 June 1958

Kotelnikov studied 1973-1975 at the Leningrad Art School but did not finish his studies. In 1983 he was a founding member of the New Artist group in Leningrad and in 1986 he wrote a manifesto on Necro-realism together with Evgeny Yufit. He was alss a member of the Popular Mechanics rock band.
