Born Uglich (Iaroslavl), 23 April 1924

Keleinikov studied 1945-1950 at the Faculty of Biology of the Moscow State University. After 1950 he sudied graphic arts at the studio of G. Nikolskii in Moscow. He designed and illustrated children's books foor the Moscow Publishers Detgiz and Malysh. He lives and works in Moscow
