Died Tiflis, 10 May 1952

Kakabadze graduated in 1916 in natural sciences at the Petersburg University. During this time he attended painting classes at the studio of Dimitriev-Kavkazky. From 1919 to 1927 he lived and worked in Paris as a painter. He returned to Georgia in 1927 where he taught at the Tiflis Academy until 1948.
