Hudiakoff studied painting at the Vkhutemas with Pavel Komin. Left for Germany in 1919 and worked with Pavel Tchelitchev at the Blaue Vogel (Blue Bird) Cabaret. In 1923 he emigrated to the USA and worked with Max Reinhardt in New York.
