Mikhail Pogarskii ( born 1963) is according to his own website (www.pogarsky.ru) an artist, designer, poet, writer, journalist, photographer, publisher, scientists, curator of artist’s project. He is among others a doctor of mathematics (1991)and chief editor of the magazines “Triangular wheel” and “Irregular Park”. He is an organizer of the Moscow International Exhibition of Artist’s Book and many other exhibitions. Goppe’s sculpture in the form of a book with a portrait of Pogarskii on front is his interpretation of this artist and his many talents.
