Anna is the daughter of the artists Gennadii Nikeev and Natalia Florenskaia, and is sister of Aleksandr Florenskii. She studied at the Fontaka Art School under Elena Kosenkova. She moved to Moscow and married the artist Aleksandr Petrovich Voitsekhovskii.
