Eremina studied 1927-1931 at the Moscow Regional Art School and 1931-1938 at the Moscow Higher Institute of Art under Sergei Gerasimov and Aleksandr Deineka. She started illustrating for the journal Murzilka in the early 1950 and from 1956 onwards also for the publishing houses Detskaia mir and Detskaia literatura.
