Born Moscow, 15 April 1930

Eliseev studied at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute under A. Goncharov and G. Goroshchenko. He started working as as an illustrator and cartoonist for the satirical magazine 'Krokodil' and, in cooperation  with Mikhail Skobelev, for the children's magazine Murzilka and Vesleye kartinki. Together they illustrated also children's books for the publishing house Detskii mir and Detskaya literatura.
