Born Irkutsk 6 September 1946

Domashenko studied until 1967 at the Irkutsk Art Akademy under G. Kurochkina, G. Novikov and A. Vychuzhganin. In 1971 he joined the Union of Soviet Artists and in 1982 he moved to Leningrad and married the artist Tatiana Soloveva (So-Do). He lives and works in St. Petersburg.
