Born Rostov-na-Donu, 18 July 1961

Dergachev graduated 1984 from the Ukrainian print Academy in Lviv (Lvov) where he had studied under Iu. Charyshnikov. In 1989 he established the Do Press, a small publishing house in Lviv where he has published over 25 artist's books. In 2005 he move to Canada where he continued his art activities in Studio DO. He lives and works in Montreal.
