Born moscow, 22 May 1935

Chuikov, son of the painter Semen Chuikov,  studied 1949-1960 at the Moscow Surikov Institute. From 1960 to 1962 he was an art teacher in Vladivostok. Since 1963, he lives and works in Moscow and Cologne.
