Бухаров, Олег Александрович

Born Verkh-Neivinsk (now Novouralsk), 21 June 1967

Bukharov studied at the Sverdlovsk (Ekaterinburg) Art School and at the Faculty of Art History and Cultural Studies of the Ural State University in Ekaterinburg. He works in Ekaterinburg where he is an initiator and organizer of group activities. Together with Pavel Lozhkin he founded the publishing hous IGNYPS (the name has no meaning) producing samizdat (do-it-yourself) publications
