Born Moscow, 26 June 1953

Bilzho graduated 1976 from the Moscow Medical Institute. He worked as a ship's doctor before graduating in psychiatry. Since 1975 he published his cartoons in various magazines. He is founder and owner of the restaurant chain Petrovich
