Born Moscow, 16 October 1959

Albert studied from 1974 to 1977 at K. Arnold's studio in Moscow. In 1975 he met Komar and Melamid and got acquainted with the world of Moscow Conceptualism. In 1980 he graduated from the Moscow Pedagogical Institute. He lives and works in Moscow and Cologne.
